Over 60% of Australians are in the workforce and collectively spend 15 million hours working every month. WellVal® exists to make wellness a fundamental component of the workplace, not just a nice-to-have feature.

From Wellness to Value

 

WellVal® is a data-driven framework that predicts the impact of workplace wellness initiatives by analysing the benefits of individual building environments, and combining that with bespoke information about individual tenant organisations. 

By analysing a building environment using specific criteria and combining that with a prospective tenant’s human resource information, we can predict potential improvements in both a company’s wellness and its human-centered performance and profitability. 

WellVal® assessments can be performed by the same third party consultants who currently undertake other industry recognised commercial property assessments. These can be done on an annual basis, enabling companies to continually review, assess and predict the impact of their wellness initiatives to benefit all employees.

Unlike benchmarking tools that provide awards for achieving their criteria, WellVal® is an evolving software platform that will use machine learning and artificial intelligence to predict the impact of workplace wellness initiatives on a company’s bottom line.

  • Calculate the dollar value of workplace wellness by analysing the benefits a particular building offers, and combining that with bespoke information about an individual tenant organisation. 

  • Leverage a landlord’s investment in wellbeing, sustainability and placemaking so they can increase the level of staff productivity and profitability for tenants, thereby increasing their assets desirability and value.

  • Enable companies to confidently invest in wellness initiatives by calculating the financial upside that can be realised from improved productivity, reduced absenteeism and reduced employee turnover.

  • Be the benchmark platform for HR managers which can be used for ongoing assessment of staff wellbeing and productivity in each physical location the tenant company operates in.
